today I chopped up a purple egg, a smoked egg and added it to my salad. dang good!! nice bits of different flavors in bites. :>)

I put them in a jar of pickled beets for 3 days. Very tastey.

Threw a little blue food color in a jar that the fish was gone from and threw in a smoked egg for 2 days. Taste dandy and hopefully Mark won't feel like throwing up. lol Didn't penetrate like the beet stuff did.
