Comes out very light and flakey and you can freeze what you dont use and use later. It mixes up very well in my Kitchenaid mixer with the doe hook.Just add the lard to the flour a little at a time.1# of Lard5 cups of flour1 tsp saltPut flour and salt in bowl or mixer bowl then blend in lard a little at a timeBeat one egg and add 2 tbsp of vinegar and add milk to make one cup and mix in with the flour and lard Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
