Had a couple pork chops and chicken breasts thawed out and some pie crust dough in the freezer so I decided to make a pasty. Cut up potatoes, carrots, rutabaga, onions, pork and chicken and seasoned with salt and pepper. Usually use beef and pork but figured I would try chicken as long as it was already thawed out.Heres a few pics. Baked at 350 till cust was golden brown. About 1.5 hours.

Chaff - Ya, thats the place. Its worth a stop. Mock chicken legs are are a combo of ground beef and pork that are shaped into into oblong balls and breaded. There are normally five to a pack. You would usually bake them, but I like to put some tin foil down on the indirect side of the grill and cook em at around 300. If you can't find them, just ask someone behind the counter. I'll take a pic when I get to cooking a batch. Great to dip into Zups hot mustard.
