Spent 5 minutes whistling with this guy yesturday. Fun!!

Nice! I had oodles of them last year mixed in with White-Crowned Sparrows for about a week during late April. I have been keeping an eye open for them but haven't seen one yet this year.

Just saw that one yesturday. Heard one this a.m., might have to see if I can sneak up on him if he is still around. Starting to see a few different birds. Had a yellow rumped warbler stop by. Fox sparrows should be here soon.

Nice setting on that first white throated sparrow image.

I'm impressed that you can whistle them in and more impressed

that the bird is singing back in response. I've tried several

times and not been successful. MP3's are another matter....

That has been pretty easy...they are great singers with a sweet

song!

I whistle to quite a few birds. Been doing it for a long time. I'm kinda like a parrot, lol. My mom used to say I should make a tape for her.
