Copy bookmarks from Chrome to Firefox?

Is there a way to import all of my bookmarks from Chrome to Firefox? I'm giving up on Chrome until they can fix the file attachment issues.

Go to Tools(Little wrench on top right), Bookmarks, Bookmarks Manager and then on the left side there is a tab Organize and from there you can export as a html file.

I click the link to attach files and nothing happens. Nothing at all.
