Looking for a good sonar/gps mount

I'm getting a new humminbird 900 series installed on my dash. My old Lowrance 18c had a ram mount. The ram wasn't bad, but I'm interested in getting a new mount that holds the unit a little more stable in rough water. Someone recomended that I look at the Angler's Pal mount. Any advice on good quality mount?

Assume you had a standard size RAM in the past - the 1.5" ball. Might want to consider a RAM D, which is a 2.25" ball. It's big but it will hold up large-screen electronics.

The Anglers Pal is nice, not real well known or all that popular, but nice.

I used the larger ball Ram on my 998csi and it holds very well.

I have this mount on both a 800 series (bow) and 900 series (helm) HB and both are ROCK solid! The standard sized mounts won't cut it in rough water. Best prices... No where but profishingsupply!!
