Smokers, what kind do you have??

I must not have a thermocouple on mine. It works whenever. :>)

If you have one it should be in the back wall near center, it should be a small metal probe sticking out about half to 3/4 of an inch

I just keep the smoker outside all year on my deck, a water pan full of hot tap water is enough to get the smoker started in the winter, there is no need to bring it in the house just to bring it back outside.
