Planer Boards

Hiya -

For inline boards, the ONLY ones I've liked are the orange Church Tackle "walleye boards." They had an adjustable ballast so you can set them to handle big baits, and they pull 10" Jakes no problem. Use 'em for years.

I have a set of the offshore planer boards and they pull 10" jakes no problem and also pull 13" cranks too but sit down it the water a little while pulling the 13".

Make sure you ger the heavy duty clips, and the nylon washer falls off almost immediately so you'll need to modify it a bit with a locking washer.

Lawman - Not sure, and my boards are in my boat, which is in storage, or I'd go check. Possible the design has changed, as I've had my boards for years (not like they wear out) but there are some different Church Tackle boards I think.
