Not the best shots but I got my first Boreal Chickadee and Great Jay today. Drove a long ways and got cloudy when I got there, boo! lol

The Zax-Zim bog north of Meadowlands.

Looks like the feeder on Admiral Ave.

Thanks, I was restless and had never been there so decided to pop up to the bog. The jay and squirrel are southwest of the admiral feeder. Others from admiral. Having never been up there it was interesting. I went up with hopes to see an owl but probably need nore than a couple hours to find one. Long drive for the 12 pics that I like lol.

Long drive for the 12 pics that I like lol.

It sure beats the first time I was up there. All I came back with was a pic of a Downy Woodpecker and 1 Redpoll. And that was well over 600 miles round trip.Wish me luck for this coming weekend. I'll be there Sunday and Monday.

Nice! I love the little boreal chickadees too. I've only made one trip to the bog, thanks to a get-together from this board, but I love the spot. I really need to get back there again.
