Spray paint Squirrel?

Not sure what happened here but this guy wondered up to my feeder at work. Thinking someone shot him with a paintball gun or caught and spray painted him. Sad story even if he is getting fat on my dime.

I think people that trap and remove squirrels from their property will spray paint them to make sure that the squirrels are not coming back.

Really no need to do that. Usually a 5 mile drive will ensure that the squirrels can not make it back.

That's one of those Red Rumped Squirrels. Another invasive species coming to our state.

I know of a person who would trap and release squirrels only after he would give them a little "touch-up" before driving them the previously stated 5 miles. Sure enough, he had one show up again a few days later. Not too many purple tree rats running around these days.
