Rear Defrost Connection to Window

I have a 2007 GMC Yukon XL that the curly cord that connects to the rear window for the defrost has come disconnected. Actually, I'll take the blame for it being disconnected. Does anyone know what kind of adhesive I could use to reattach the connection for the rear defrost? I assume I need to clean up the metal on both ends, just not sure what I attach it with. Any help is much appreciate.

I've had good luck resoldering them. Make sure to clean and scuff any old solder on the two connections. Get the iron hot and use only enough heat and solder to get the job done.

I know when I worked for chrysler they made repair kits. It came with a new male end with solder already applied. Just had to heat it up with a solder gun.
