LABS4ME
That kills me when people say they should lose to get a better draft pick... that's fan speak for: "I hate my teams roster and want new players". Listen to the players being interviewed on TV or the radio and asked that question... would you rather lose to increase your seating in the draft or win another couple of games... they all said what a stupid question, WIN! I think you play to win and let the draft work itself out... there are no guarntees in the draft at any spot and any top 10 player has the same chance of making it in the NFL. Ask the Lions if the momentum and confidence they gained at the end of last season carried over into training camp... losing is habitual, just like winning... If a coach or owner told me I had to lose to help position my team in the draft I'd demand to be released. That is a pathetic mindset...Good Luck!Ken
LMITOUT
The only thing that is pathetic is 51 years of failure and fans that defend it.LOL!
LABS4ME
HA! And I'm not, nor never have been, nor never will be a Vike's fan... just my opinions on tankin' the season for a draft pick and sitting players.Good Luck!Ken
TR21HP
C'mon Lmitout, 51 years of failure. What's your definition of failure? Is it 18 division championships26 playoff appearances9 NFC championship games4 super bowl appearances15 hall of famersOr is it simply no super bowl championships. Does that mean that there's only 1 team each year that's succesful and the rest are failures?

Does that mean that there's only 1 team each year that's succesful and the rest are failures? +1I'm no fair weather fan. I enjoy watching the Vikes and didn't miss a tick this year...or last year...or the years before. Praise the good times, suffer the bad ones. It's what being a fan is all about. We will have success in the future. If I didn't believe that, I wouldn't watch. If you don't believe, stop watching and stop whining! Players play for pride and AP played two weeks ago because he loves the game. Had he not got hurt and was able to play last week and ran for 297 yards, everyone would be singing a different tune. But he couldn't play...he was hurt. It happens, it's football. He'll be ready for next year's opener and out to prove himself even more, as will Allen, Harvin and the rest of the guys on this team that give it 110% every Sunday. Skol Vikes! Bryce
D. Hate to admit but I'm with lmitout. Get your hopes up and heel to adams apple every time. Latest promotion hints at more of the same. Apparently the only way to cure it is to let the owner take them to LA. Start from scratch with an expansion team in 10 years or whatever it takes. Was for the stadium until Spielman was announced.
