walleye- Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Lip ripper the cabinets are made of 7/8" cedar and put together same way as most all cabinet makers do them using craig jig.. As far as the countertops and the table go that was made out of 1X10s which where glued together and than I cut a 3" log in half to make the edging they arn't heavy at all no heavier than a malimine table or counter. walleye- Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 MJ yetti's have aluminum studs and the come with furring strips screwed horizontal so thats why. Also going vertical you don't have to deal with seams if you end up making runs longer than 8 feet. Did u ever get your house or are u still waiting?
