Suburban and/or Tahoe Seat Question

I am thinking of buying a Used Suburban or Tahoe, Can someone tell me if you can remove the 2nd and 3rd row seats? I have always owned Ford Explorers and you can fold them seats down flat so there is all kinds of storage. Now that I am looking at the Chevy SUV's I would like to be able to do the same.

I had an 01 tahoe. Did not have the 3rd row, you could not remove the second row, and if I remember correctly, you can't fold it flat either.

My brother has an 03 Tahoe and the rear (2nd) seat definitely folds up. He doesnt have the 3rd seat but he says he believes it can be removed.

Even my 99 2dr Tahoe had a rear seat that folded up against the front seats.

My Dads early 2000's Suburban has removable third row seats and I know the second row folds down almost level with the floor. My boss has a slightly newer one and it's pretty much the same

Yep, 3rd seat comes out and the 2nd row folds down nicely. I can fit a Voyaguer house/sled in the back of the '01 Tahoe.

I have a 2007 Suburban LTZ -- Cannot remove the 3rd seat, though it does fold down. My second row has captain's chairs, and each of them also fold down.

My guess is it 1) depends on the year and 2) may depend on the model/trim package.
