Big Buddy Heater

Greetings!

I was planning on getting a Big Buddy Heater for a Hub Style house. I noticed Menards had them on sale today for 100.00. FF had them last week at about the same price. Is this a good seasonal price or do you think, from past experience, that the price will drop even more before the Holidays? Seems like when they really go on sale, I never get there in time to cash in on the deals. Any help would be appreciated.

Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!!

jmg that is a good price like others have said. I got one a few days ago at Cabelas they matched the price at FF. They were out of the 12ft hose so I swung over to Northern and got the hose and a filter. I have really enjoyed the reliability of my sunflower over the years I just figured it was time to upgrade. Tired of the headaches and the noise. Also I got a bigger portable and the Big Buddy has a few more BTU's. It sounds like they have worked out alot of the problems people have experienced in the past so I am hoping things go OK.

Picked up a Big Buddy today at Menard's. Seems bigger than I had thought, but should be plenty of heater for my needs. Guess it's better to have a little too much heat than not enough. Thanks to all for their input.

Think ice!!
