Beaver Tails?

I got a few from a friend this spring. I have seen the carcass used on videos, but has anyone had any luck in the fall using the tails to hang in a tree?

I have stayed away from meat and used other typical bear foods so I don't want to blow stations that are being hit.

Dont think the tails are gona do ya any good, the scent that bear are atrracted to comes from the casters, caster oil which they use to water proof themselves. which are locacted in the lower abdomen, they look like large pale dried prunes. Just the tails dont do any thing, either hang the carcass according to the regs, or remove the casters an nail them to a tree. Easyer to buy code blue cater rag an hang that, ive tried beaver late season with no results. Boar

Little off topic, but regarding beaver carcasses, is it legal to hang one, that is less than %25 without removing the bones?

I read and they say no meat containing bones, but say you can hang a less than %25 of a carcass.

I had to give mine to the county for the bounty, otherwise I would of tried it.
