We just returned from a long trip to Alaska via the Alaska Highway. It's great to be home, but what amazing country! I figured I'd share a few of my favorite images.

I really, really like the bison on the bridge. The juxtaposition and color contrast of the subjects are pretty great.

Someday I'll get there! Really liked these. The isolated boat in the reservoir and the Bison/Bridge are my favorites.

Thanks everyone, yes, Alaska is an amazing place and I would go back in a heartbeat! There are lots of things we didn't get to see and do. The bison shot is one on my favorites from the trip. It was taken on our way home in just outside of Liard River, BC, by my hubby, with the point & shoot, out of the back seat of the pickup!

that is my goal, Alaska, and all it's wonders. my wife and i are planning at least two monts when we go. probably still not enough time. excelent pictures. good luck.
