We had to put our 15 year old shorthair B.J. down this weekend...I was hoping for just one more hunt but it wasn't meant to be...Rest in peace my dear, dear friend, we miss you!

Sorry to hear, 15 years though! What a good long life! Was he active to the end?

He was somewhat active but not for very long periods...10 to 15 minutes max as his hips were giving out...he also went deaf about 6 month's ago and had pretty bad cateracts...it was time. Thanks
