reinhard1 Posted July 30, 2011 Share Posted July 30, 2011 cubs had bottom sirloins on sale this week at 2.99 lb.. now that of course is not the same as top sirloin. but i poke em with a fork and marinade them in a half soy sauce and half water [spring] ginger,garlic,sugar,and sessame seeds [roasted]and a dab of sessame oil. after they are med-rare i will slice them thin and they will go into a waiting whole grain pasta,shroom,onion,broccoli stir fry pan and served. seasoned with more garlic,pepper, oriental soup base, and a miller lite. good luck. reinhard1 Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 i've never tried famouse daves stuff but i do buy emeril's essence in the large container at sam's. willing to try anything at least once. emeril's essence is a great rub on just about anything. good luck.
