Bee Swarm!

Call a beekeeper..seriously!!! Appear to be Honeybees..just had an article in our local paper about this. 4-5 swarms in local maple trees, Beekeepers came out with portable "Hives" and took them away to build colonies.

bees swarm when part of an established hive leave and go start their own colony. They are actually quite docile at this time, and can be collected by someone who knows what they are doing. No attractors needed, the bees are just looking for a new home

That's awesome - I don't know what is killing bees and wasps, but there's a paper wasp nest under this canopy at work. I watched the queen in the spring slowly make one cell after another with a couple of eggs. Then she had some workers and they make a lot more cells/eggs, but there's never more than 4 wasps and there should be dozens by now.

Any ways, that's cool a bee keeper came to the rescue.
