ThunderLund78
Posted this in it's own string a while back and it got a lot of good reactions. One of may all-time favorites:Open-faced Pizza BurgersLooking for something easy that your kids wont be able to get enough of? These were my favorite as kid and now my son loves them. If you have any SPAM haters in your house don't tell them its in there, they'll ever know and gives a flavor that's one of a kind:1/2 lb. finely chopped Spam (about 3/4 of the brick)1 lb. ground beef2 Tbsp. parsley1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. oregano1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese1 cup pizza sauce (Whatever brand floats your boat)8 hamburger bunsBrown the hamburger and while it's cooking, dice up the spam to the consistency of hash. When the hamburger is done browning, add garlic powder, oregano, parsley and salt, diced Spam and cheese. Cook until all cheese is melted. Add pizza sauce and simmer for 10 minutes or so. break the Hamburger buns in half and put them open-face up on a cookie sheet Place a spoon-full or two of the mixture on each bun. Place in preheated oven (375 degrees) for 10-15 minutes or until bun feels slightly crisp. Makes 16 pizza burgers.Enjoy!

Crow Hunter
Hawaii style... alternate chunks of spam with chunks of pineapple on skewers and grill. Baste with your favorite stir fry sauce as they cook, and serve with rice.
LightningBG
What I like to do is.cut the spam into chunks.cover with peanut butter and jelly.wrap in thick sliced baconPlace on breadfry in butter, like a grilled cheese.give to dog.go get some fish for dinner.Sorry, I've never actually eaten spam. But I did taste it once. When I was a kid at some camp, we had spam Olympics. There was spam toss, bobbing for spam, spam relays, plus some more events I don't remember. But my dad said they used to have BLT's with fried spam instead of bacon.
