European mount help

I have an elk skull that I am looking to get a european with. Looking for a place in the twin cities with beetles. Only place I could find is "Remains to be Seen"...called the number listed and it says the number is not in service. Did this place close down?

Any help finding a taxidermist with beetles would be greatly appreciated, preferably south metro but if not thats fine

I had my moose head done european at Corcoran taxidermy in Hampton. I don't believe they have the beetles but send the heads to someone who does. They did a nice job for me.

You might check with the U of MN. IIRC they have some beetles that need to be fed, and they might handle your mount for that purpose.

Maybe start looking on the HSOforum at the different departments to see what looks likely, and just call and ask around. If you call the wrong department, it's possible they could point you in the right direction. It's worth a shot.

HSO had a sponsor of this forum approx 1.5 years ago that did the bettle work for skulls in the northern metro.

I had him do a skull for me and he did a great job.

I cannot seem to remember his name but someone else may here.

I believe he also sold bear bait.
