who's fault if something doesnt come from the place you orderd

hi i ordered a fishing finder from a company in mn. i ordered it may 26th they called and said it would be shipped may 30th not by the post office. it seems this is taking way to long and i could be out a lot of dough. who do i get ahold of the company i ordered from or find out how they shipped it. i'm new to ordering this way and just want your advice. i dont want to be a pain but from where they said it was shipped i would say only 60 miles away i dont think it should by 8 days. thanks for advice.

Get your order confirmation number and call the place you purchased it from on Monday, ask what day it shipped, and with what carrier. If it was UPS you or they can track it.

Most likely they dropped shipped it from somewhere ( even mail is only 8 days across the country ) Call and get a tracking #.

Hopefully you paid for it by Credit Card so you have some recourse in case it was a bogus a deal.

so my wife calls them today the guy said it should have been here 3 days ago. he called them and said it will be here tommorow. here is hoping i did pay by credit card. just worry some with that kind of money and there reputation is good so far as i know thanks

yes i did. the company i bought it from called the factory and chewed them out. it was here the next day happy with it but hope the company isnt this way with warranty or fixing thanks
