Good bait shop along highway 10?

We usually go up 169 for the fishing opener, this year we will be going up highway 10 from the cities, to Fish Trap lake. We will take 94 to Clearwater and cut over to 10 from there. Can anyone recommend a good bait shop along this route? Thanks in advance.

I would say your best bet may be Hilltop Sports. Its a couple miles after Cushing on your right hand side of the road. Its a large fenced in place with boat lifts, docks, ect. I have had good luck with bait from them in the past. They don't open too early in the morning though, but maybe opener is different.

Great bait and service, they will be open very late on friday and very early on Sat morning, I will post hours when I talk to Jan today.

Holiday in Little Falls (very limited bait crawler and leeches only I think)

Petro Plus(Victory gas station) in Randall

Hilltop sports in Cushing Juct of hwy 10 and cty 20(old hwy 10)

The bp in clearlake on 10 has a pretty good selection of bait and tackle. If you are cutting over from 94 to 10 it's on the west side of 10 at the lights in clear lake.

Stop Light Bait right off highway 10 where the Copper Kettle is in St Cloud. They are a small mom and pop who always have the freshest minnnows.
