i was thinking about geting a 2" suspension lift from rough country or suspension connection. anyone have any input on the keys? the cv joint shaft is sitting level right now and the front is way lower than the rear on my 99 f150.

I say crank up the torsion bars. Its very easy to do and requires very little effort. You should easily be able to get 1-1.5" and that will level out your truck. I did this to my '01 F150 and I loved it.

You don't need to change the keys out unless you need more room for adjustment. The only way to know that is to crank the torsion bars to see what ind of adjustment you get.

Yes, you will need to have the alignment checked afterwards. Mine didn't need to be realigned, but there was a slight change in the caster, however not out of spec.
