I have a garage that has wosbo heat in the floor. Around every window ,door and ceiling courners theres mold starting in the joints. Walls are insulated and ceiling ,everything is finish taped and painted.

Sounds like you have a moisture problem. Everywhere you have a temp difference the moisture will condense and the mold will show up. You need to get the air moving in there, some guys use ceiling fans and that will help, may want to run a dehumidifier also.

Do you have a moisture barrier between the insulation and drywall? Is it taped and sealed?

corners, around windows and doors are all weak spots for insulation resulting in bigger temp differences, resulting in condensation. to compound the problem wirsbo dont get the air movin. the prior posts about dehumidifier and air movement should help. kind a pita to have that stuff set up in garage tho eh? later,

the windows have the least amount of mold and there good windows

You'll have to kill the mold with bleach or some other mold & mildew cleaner. Then you'll have to prime the area with oil based Kilz or Zinnsser Cover stain. Mold and water stains come through a latex based paint or primer.

The moisture in the latex paint seems to feed the mold if you don't treat it first.

been off since third week in jan. sounds like ill bee goin back in a week or two.

you have to bleach, and prime with kilz before painting.
