Bowfin
I'd be interested in seeing this too. Years ago I used a buddies spearhouse in which all 4 walls and the roof and floor bolted together. He could haul out and put together a piece at a time if snow depth conditions prevented whole house moving.I am planning on building some sort of lightweight spearhouse which can be taken apart on the ice. I believe Laska mentioned to me he had some plans for a light weight spearhouse?
Huey
Try an internet search. I think there are plans on the MN Darkhouse Assoc HSOforum or maybe a Michigan association HSOforum. They show how to build a dark house with a wood bottom and ends. The sides are canvas.
MJ1657
I built a house that is plywood on the ends and canvas in between. The canvas I used was the same stuff they make fish houses from. It turned out nice and works well.If you are interested in building one like that let me know and i'd be glad to help out. I could email some pics if interested.
