student
Does anyone here have a recomendation for supplier of casings and seasonings? I am about three weeks away from out scheduled procesing date and would like to research the best deal I can find. I've done a couple of searches, but I'm not finding any sites that are priced right.Thanks.

northwoodsdreamr
I have used curleys sausage kitchen in Fairbanks, Iowa the last couple years and really like there seasonings and prices. They have a great venison bacon mix. Fast service online or over the phone.
hockeybc69
The bacon mix is da bomb from Curleys!Best BLT you will EVER eat!Next time I make the bacon, I am going to add a little apple juice in place of some of the required water in the mix. Maybe even a bit of maple syrup to give it a great breakfast kick!

charliepete
Penzey's has awesome bulk spices. They have store in Minneapolis but you can also order online. As far as casings you can pick them up at any custom meat market. Von Hansons, Brothers, and all the Mom and Pops carry them. Get fresh not salted. They are less chewy. pureinsanity
I just got to the local meat market and tell them what I want, they usually have everything on hand and will bag it for me.
