ANYFISH2
I think Webb looked great on tuesday, for a raw rookie. No, he should not be the starter next year. We wrecked T-jack by having him start to soon, lets not wreck this guy. He will need to learn a lot more before he can be a starting QB, playbook, defensive reads, and speed of the game. He did no come from a pro style offense in college so his learn curve is going to be longer. I have alot of hope for him, his footwork looked good he stood in he pocket well and made good desision of when to run. He has poential. schmoe147
Never Seen a team build around its Running back. Also seems as though you build around a good quarterback and he makes the running back good. Look at all the teams Going into the playoffs, Quarterbacks are the pitchers in football. You can have the best team out there but without a good quarterback you are just an ok team. Just my opinion.
winterwalleye
Webb didn't look good today.Get a veteran qb and make Webb a reciever like they planned in training camp. Also get some ol help, bad game all around we are in rebuilding mode. reinhard1
i just dont get all the fuss about how well webb did or did not do. the guy plays two full games and he's judged as if he played in the nfl for years. real or a flash in the pan is too early for a thread. he's not the only guy on the team. a play involves everyone not just webb. give the guy a break until he earns the starting job next season. i'm sure there will be competition including a veteran qb traded to this team. good luck. zepman
Exactly. Even if he were to be the #1 starter all of next year it would be a write-off year.
