JM 28" meatstick

Is this a good rod for walleyes? I want to jig spoons and would like a stiff enough tip yet still sensitive. Will this work or not stiff enough at the tip?

I don't have the meatstick but have the perch and thats a noodle.

The meatstick would work as a walleye jigging rod, but its not really recommended and there are others that would work better. I cant say what the others are because I didnt ask. I decided not to buy one for walleyes and purchased a smaller one for crappies instead.

Havent decided yet, use the Thorne Brothers panfish instead

Just got one last night, have not used it, but it seems like it would work great for jigging smaller spoons for all fish. And I am going to use it for my dead stick rod for walleye's.

I have been using one now for over a year. The meat stick will handle larger fish without a problem. I typically don't use lures over an 1/8 oz with the meat stick. I have a JM walleye rod for those lures.

The meatstick is a better light lure panfish rod or deadstick. There are much better jigging rods for walleye out there.
