Trail Camera Batteries

Recommended Posts

I just picked up a Wild Game Innovations camera. It runs off of 4 C cell batteries, or a 6 volt external battery. what i did was take an older battery back up battery (the ones for your home computer) and put a voltage regulator on it to reduce it down to 6 volts. That thing should last a good couple of months or so. The best part it only cost me $0.68 for everything.

I also use Wild Game Innovations cameras. I run the Energizer rechargeables in them and they have gone a whole month and never gone below half power, i think they are the only way to go. We had a couple of nights where it was in the mid -20s below zero in December and they still worked afterward.

I also use the WildGame Innovation Cams, I picked them up on black friday. I just used regular energizer batts and I have had them out for over a month and they are just now at half power. By far the most batt-efficent cameras I own...
