Used to hate him with a passion,because he was a packer,but he made me a believer after last season,it reinforced why i hated him, very very dangerous for the other team ! thanks Bret you did give it youre all no matter what team you were on!still hate the packers though and always will!poor Aron !

Now that the streak is over and there's little to no chance at the playoffs, Favre should just pack it in for the remainder of the season and rest up for next season

It was awesome watching Favre play over the years. For my entire time as a football fan (i'm 23), Favre has never missed a start. It is pretty cool to have witnessed so many of his games throughout the streak. Used to hate him, but now I love him. His true passion and love for the game have earned him so much respect in my book. His streak is something I will be telling my kids and grandkids about decades from now, that's for sure

Seeya Brett. Can't believe he lasted this long(this season). I had a bet that he was out by the 5th game. One tough SOB. I have a feeling he won't be back on the sidelines any more either. No more pompoms in his hands, or splinters in his axx.
