here is the description of the 'sheath protector' mentioned earlier. Those dogs must be 'special' to need this much coverage:

Made of polar fleece doubled over.

The width of the protector is 5.5 inches wide giving plenty of protecting.

The protector or bellyband wraps around the male dog covering the sheath from blowing wind or deep snow.

It attaches to itself with a 4”x4” piece of Velcro and Velcro with elastic straps. Has some flexibility on how tight you want the fit.

Size Med comes in blue fleece only 16” long X 5.5” wide

Size Large comes in red fleece only 20” long X 5.5” wide

Size X-Large come in green fleece only 22” long X 5.5” wide

From the description, it sounds like it covers the wiener, not the sack.
