Dehydrator Choice

Anybody have a reasonably priced dehydrator they like?

Sorry you haven't had a response yet. I do not know anything about dehydrators. However My choice of dehydration is Schmidts or Coors light

good one. here is a brand i have -NESCO american harvest. it has six trays. its an older model but works great with no problems. good luck.

This is the one I have too. It's got a temp setting on it which I understand is a plus when doing meat, as in jerkey. That's about all I use it for and it works great!

I've went through a couple. IMO, they all suck. You just have to grit and bear it, 5 years later buy another. I will say though, my newest one doesn't have a fan, and I dont like that. It takes forever to dry. Get one with a fan.

I think I've had a Nesco American Harvest and a Ronco.

Just bought a Nesco FD-80. It is square, has the fan and heat on top, works great and cleans up easily. Any drippings collect at bottom plastic tray. Very reasonable price, and you can add trays, up to 8.
