Im cool with the cool temps as long as theres not lock up looking at that forcast looks like a great weekend in the duck blind!

Wow, not sure where you live, but it is much colder in Bemidji area. 14 degrees last night froze a lot of small lakes. highs today and tomorrow around 25 (maybe).

Drove past my duck lake this morning and I think I can ice fish it this weekend. Frozen solid right now and only will be getting thicker.

I suppose I can get out the auger to open up a spot, then sit on a chair in the cattails! won't have to worry about the boat that way!

Just saw the weather and the temp will acctually be warming a bit then Friday afternoon the winds switch and its ducks dropping

Bring on the cold! Should be a good weekend to be in the blind but I'm looking forward to next weekend They don't have many options for open water come next weekend!

That worksd great in the dakotas where the fields are plentiful but here its not so easy and I like diver anyway and they dont feild hunt really well not saying they dont but I havent shot many in fields
