Fuzzy Wuzzy is a Bear

Fuzzy Wuzzy is still there. Had the big one coming in the last couple of weekends, but could not get him out of the nocturnal mode. Was anyone out there succesful at the end of there bear season. Licheon I know you were runnign later baits.

Boar, was great to meat you yesterday. Look forward to soaking some bobbers this winter, may even catch a fish or two.

We had three baits going right to the end...but, like your bear, they were all noctournal....nonetheless, it was a fun season!

You guy's need to mount a spot light onto the gun rest on your ladder stand to get them. Dont laugh I was up by bacida grouse hunting and stumbled onto a bear bait looked at the stand and there it was a spotlight mounted to the stand pointed right at the bait, funny thing is I couldn't find their bait sign to take there info down and wasn't going to steal their trail cam.

JB, very well you could be chasing next year too, They have a tremendous range but they no doubt revisit established sites, so next year maybe you'll get a chance at him again. An he'll be bigger. Later, boar

Heres to hoping I get drawn 2 years in a row. The other option would be to try bear hunting down by the deer shack by skime. The shack is on the west side of the road which is the no-qouta side. Just not as close for baiting. This year I was able to bait every night, had it setup so we could hit them on the way home.

As far as what archery said, I heard of a few of those trade secrets also. Just couldn't convince myself to go that route. What archery described though is getting a little out there. I have also heard that quite a few bear get shot up here during rifle season just because. Kind of sad that the bear is disliked that much. It is all about the almighty deer it seems. Enough of the whining for me.
