Pros- Price Tag, Knock Down power, Accurate with the right ammo (PowerBelts), Easy to clean w/breech plug, Scope It (if law permits in your state, and durable.

Cons- Open sight > Back sight is plastic and somewhat cheezy.

Other than that, I liked mine, never had an issue and shot great for me. The kid is using it this year and also shoots well with it. I've shot 2 does at 50 and 65 yds, both went a mere 20ft and collapsed. Can't beat that for the price.

I've had a cva for a while now. light weight, accurate, sounds like gator bait has had the luck with the power belts I have had my cva shoots very well with those bullets.

It may be a bit late. I bought a CVA Wolf a few years ago and like it very much. Easy to disassemble and clean, shoots well. It is the best priced break open muzzy I have seen. Easy to put the primer in and out. Recommended.

I have a cva optima...used it for 5 years and it has worked very..mine has the nickel barrel..I WOULD NOT GET A NICKEL BARREL....it fouls way too easy.

Dad has a wolf for 4 years has worked well..

the f farm, has the cva wolf, camo blu barrel for 189. not even a thought at that price for that gun!! They also have the new plug, that I would assume makes it even easier to clean.

I've got a CVA wolf Magnum. Sights are cheap, I just replaced the back sight with a Williams Peep, and the front sight with a dovetail combo. Paid $100 for the gun last year, and Paid $100 for the darn sights...Good rifle. Have been shooting 150 grains this year, and i will be backing that back down to 100 grains as it is harder to maintain accuracy with the extra kick IMO.
