leaky kitchen faucet

I have a moen 7700 series, single handle, 3 hole kitchen faucet. I am leaving for Canada tomorrow and want to take of this tonight. Wondering what is quicker, to fix this or replace it with a new Delta faucet.

Not sure of model, but does it just leak when water is flowing? If so, it could be just the sprayer/hose nut is loose. That happened to me last week. Just tightened it and all fixed. Good luck.

I know the Homer Depot carries repair kits for the washerless faucets. If yours is leaking out around the handles there is a replacement piece for that.

Repair it. Moen and Delta faucets are extremeley user friendly when it comes to repairing them.

I purchased a moderately priced Moen about 5 years ago. 3 years ago a leak started. A quick call to moen I had parts in the mail. It started leaking again a couple weeks ago. Another call and I got the parts today. All completely free. Maybe doesn't say a lot about quality but it sure says a lot about customer service.
