If you have DirecTv with Sunday Ticket and a Droid (among other phones) you can WATCH games on your phone. Now I wish I woulda went for a smartphone

Probably cheaper and more versatile to just get a Slingbox, especially if the Vikings are the only team you really follow.

Sunday Ticket is highway robbery. NFL Redzone is the real ticket.

justintv(HSOforum) streams all games (ufc too) and the picture quality is pretty good FYI. Hook your PC to TV and there you go.. FREE NFL SUNDAY TICKET!

I am on Verizon but don't have a smartphone yet, but will in about a month when my current contract is up. Just trying to figure out all of my options, as I have Comcast and don't want to switch to Direct TV + NFL Sunday Ticket.

The other day I was watching Bills / Cowboys on my Droid X. It was a replay on NFL Network.

I'm not sure if Verizon will video stream all of the games, or just audio.

I'll let you know tomorrow evening during the Vike's game.

It shows a tab for "Live (video screen)" and when I clicked on that it gave me 3 games to watch, but that's when I was watching the Bills / Cowboys at 2 in the afternoon Monday or Tuesday. There was no game at that time live.

do you get NFL and MLB network on comcast?

I have the NFL network + NFL Redzone, but you can't get the NFL Sunday Ticket (all the games live) on Comcast, only Direct TV. Which is really annoying by the way.

MLB Network is available to buy, I do not get it.

The live games you can watch on the NFL app are only the ones shown on NFLN unless they changed from last year.

However, you can listen to most if not all of them every week and choose which team's announcers to listen to.

Yep. You have to pay a $10 / month fee, or a $3 / day fee.

I chose the $3 / day fee to see if the game is viewable.

You can "see" the game. Would you want to watch a whole game, or would you be able to overturn a call with the view, probsbly not.

Now, if you had some reason to watch unlimited V-Cast videos, then maybe it would be worth the $10 / month.

I wanted to further my review.

I was using the app at my house where we have to go by the bay window or go outside if we want a good signal.

I didn't use the wi-fi,figuring that if you're somewhere that you have to watch the game on your phone, you probably don't have wi-fi.

You can watch any Thursday or Sunday NIGHT game.

I'll have to search VCast videos to see if there's anything there worth using the unlimited videos for$ 10.

I've read that you need a 3G signal for it to work as well. Not sure if that is true though, but it would make sense.

I wondered how long it would take, but someone cracked the NFL App and it's no longer a Verizon exclusive.

I read some reviews that said the NFLapp for Droid was free during preseason but charged for the regular season. Did you guys experience that?

I can watch NFL Network live, all the time. I changed over to the $10 / month unlimited videos charge.

Unless someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, there's a bit of a bug.

When you try to turn the screen off, or the screen times out, the audio stops playing.

Anyone with any help?
