need info

Can anyone tell me what the requirements are for colorado as far as hunter safety certifacate. For myself as well as my son who will be eighteen next fall. We both have taken firearms safety course in minnesota will that be enough. Or is there a special course we need. We are going to go with archery tackle if that makes a difference. Also as this will be a first for me and am planning on a DIY hunt any info on areas or good reads would be great. We have a couple different options as far as using atv to get up in the hills or walking in. Just looking for some info to start planning now. Would like to go to an area that I can purchase tags over the counter. Thanks guys

first off i would go and take the advance bow hunters course. That way you can hunt diffent states too and the course is not that hard a few 12 year old in my class pass. so anyone can pass it. Then ask on diffent web sites what is going on in the areas you wish to hunt in.
