We peel all of our tomatoes, cook them and then I squish them in my hands to reduce the size. If I want it chunker, then I do not squish to much.

No peels and I get it the size I want for either tomstes for say chili or a bit thicker for salsa.

We have even made tomato juice this way but its a little more work.

It goes fast an I have neer even thought of a strainer.
