Bubbles in screen

I have an eagle fish finder/Gps.

I have some bubbles showing up on the screen itself.

Looks like they are in the glass of the display screen.

Anyone know what causes this or have a trick to fix it?

or is it something that needs to be sent in for repair?

The bubbles are not from any type of impact.

are you sure they aren't dead pixels? do they move around?

Yes, protective cover was taken off three years ago.

These are bubbles in between the color screen and the glass.

Most likely just have to send it in.

What type of cover do you put on it? I'm asking cuz the neopreme covers retain moisture, and the moisture can work it's way into the electronics. You may have some moisture inside the unit.

If this is the case you can take it off, bring it inside, and try to dry it out.
