Headed out Wednesday for my scony season.Morning did not bring too much.Called on in and he hung on me.Went to a new piece of land and watched 9 longbeards and a couple jakes the rest of the day.We were pinned down spent over 8 hours watching these birds.Put them to bed and made plan for the next morning.Woke up to down pour of rain. This helped us get into our spot even better.Setup the DB blind and put out B-mobile with two hens.I do not like using decoys, but the day before the main three Tom's chased birds around all day on the field. The rain let up and i did no calling until I knew for sure the birds where on the ground.Gave a few yelps and 5 minutes later we had the birds coming in.Took out 3 right away and then headed for another chunk of land we hunt and knew a longbeard was hanging out.Made a move on him after about a mile hike we had all 4 tags filled. Was a good day.

Birds weights ,23lbs,21.5,20.75,17.5 all spurs over 1 inch and beards where just over 10 inches.

Heading back to NE to see if I can fill one of my tags left from archery season.
