I think it works the other way around too on the mn river

And the St. Croix. There is that period of time in the spring when the walleyes will hammer a large bullhead. I think it normally happens late may, early June?

I would take any size muskie over a muddy bottom feeding catfish. Muskies have that elite taste to em. I find the longer the fillet the better it tastes! laugh

Especially if the musky was speared, then they dont have all that lactic acid built up from fighting them wink
