I saw an add for deadliest catch the other day. If I remember right it said it starts Tuesday April 13th.

Yea Rum River.. Phil died in the begining of Feb... He was in St Paul unloading opies Jan 29th if I remember right... While unloading he suffered from a massive stroke and died like Feb 7 or so....

I was watching some of the marathon on Saturday, odd seeing capt Phil knowing he passed. Funny interaction between him and Jake where Jake was slacking and eating ice cream while the rest of the crew worked on deck. Phil chewed Jake up one side and down the other, finally Jake caved and admitted it was wrong and ended it by telling dad "I'm glad we had this talk" LOL

haha that was a good episode, will be interesting to see how his kids do this season after phil passing

In the add I saw they had a clip of Capt. Phill saying something like he really wanted to fish with his kids and pass on the tradition. Kind of weird hearing him talk.
