KEN W
Since there are a number of posts here about smoking fish....I thought I would tell you guys about a spread I make using smoked fish.My kids love this and eat it as fast as I can make it.All I can tell you is the ingredients list because I adjust it each time depending on how much fish I have.Place your smoked fish into a food proccessor and let her go until it is nice and fluffy.Add diced celery and onion to the fish....let her go againAdd pickle relish.....you can always add more so start on the conservative side.Turn on the proccessor again.Should all be mixed now.Add enough mayo or Miracle whip to get it to a consistancy so you can spread it on crackers.Finish by adding pepper.Enough salt is in the fish. Archerysniper
Try it with cream cheese some time and spread it onto club crackers.

Jarrod32
Here's mine...I don't remember where I came across this recipe, but it has been popular at various events:1 1/2 cups flaked smoked fish6 ounces (one package) cream cheese1 clove garlic (minced)3 tablespoons minced oniona couple shakes of salt2 tablespoons worcestershire sauceabout 1 tablespoon lemon juiceMash it all together...you'll need a knife of some sort to spread it on the crackers...it is generally a bit too thick to use as a dip.
