Do old bowled out spear holes creat glare?

I would think it wouldn't if you pack it with enough snow!

If I sit on my holes more than a week I like to take a chiesl to them to roughen them up some probably don't help but makes me feel better.

Never have heard of this happening before and I have used the same hole numerous days in a row and never really noticed a difference
