Cooter
Anyone had a chance to try this? It advertises a 6% stretch, wondering how that compares to a standard mono?
mainbutter
mono has something like 20-35% stretch (not exact but in that range from what I remember reading

croixflats
From their HSOforum they claim 6% stretch very nice concept. Ive been hearing good reviews. Suffix has come out with even more intriguing lines like the Performance Fuse Metered line for trolling. Designed for tolling deeper with different color line segments at 25 ft. They claim the micro diamater line lets you troll 25% deeper than mono. I didn't realize Rapula acquired Suffix back in 2008. Lots of respooling this year. mainbutter
I love Sufix. I need to get some more on my reels, the only reason I don't have any right now is that my other line was given to me free.
Comit 2
I think the idea of the strech is on baitcasters when you cast and start to reel in the line doesn't line up where it did before, sometimes it starts on the other side of the reel. If you try to cast beyond that distance the line snaps over to the other side of the reel quickly and sometimes breaks the non-stretch lines like Fireline and power pro. I have lost my share of sinking lures and I no longer use non-stretch braid on my bait casters. On my trolling stuff, now that is a differant story. Northlander
I have had good luck with the suffix lines I have used. I really like their Hi Vis monos for jigging in the wind. I can see the line "Skip" when a fish hits it.
