Service at Strikemaster in Big Lake

Hey guys- my switch went out on my strikemaster electra laser ice auger and the phone is always busy at the store in Big Lake. Does anyone know if you can bring them in and have them fix things right away?

tritonman: I've driven down and just walked into service and had them help me out without calling ahead. Cy is really awfully good about taking care of the SM people.

I brought my Electra to them with the same problem.....they fixed it and I was out the door in 15 minutes.

they will more than be happy to help you on the spot if you bring it in to them.

I had a problem getting through to them about the recoil issue with my auger this morning, but once I got through they asked a couple simple question and are now mailing me out a new recoil. They could use a couple more phone lines, but once you get them on the phone the service is great.
