OPD for 4lb tank?

Anyone know where one might be able to obtain an OPD valve for a 4lb LP tank? I’ve been checking online and can find them for just about any size up to 100lb tanks but not the 4lb. I have one newer tank with the OPD valve and one old tank without and would like to replace the valve so I can get it refilled again.

I looked into getting one for a 5 lb tank I had and it was cheapr to get a new tank. Valves are expensive!

The ones I've found online for 10lb were $13.00 +/-. The last tank I bought was over $30.00. I suppose the manuf. might set the price higher on the 4lb. thinking they have a corner on a market.

Bob, I just called Ferrell Gas in Anoka, they said they do them but will not sell just the valve separately. They said its 20 dollars installed.

Thanks. I stopped in at a local Cenex and they can install one for $24.99. The price includes testing and re-certification. While there I noticed there were four used tanks in the cage out front. I was told to check back during the day to find out if I can swing a deal to get one. Maybe I can buy one of those used ones for less than the cost of the valve replacement. We'll see.

I also checked on the price of a new one at Fleet Farm but they didn't have any in stock. The next closest thing was an 11 gallon for about $55.00.
